Every puppy we place into a new home is backed by our 2-Year Health Guarantee, giving you confidence and peace of mind in your new companion.

🐾 Before Your Puppy Goes Home

All puppies are raised in our home and receive the highest level of care. Before leaving us, each puppy will have:

• A full veterinary health check

• Up-to-date vaccinations appropriate for their age

• Regular deworming

• Proper nutrition and early socialization

We ensure that each puppy is healthy, active, and ready to transition into their new home.

🧬 Genetic Health Guarantee (2 Years)

We guarantee that your puppy is free from life-threatening genetic disorders for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.

If your puppy is diagnosed with a serious hereditary or congenital condition within this period, the following applies:

• The condition must be confirmed in writing by a licensed veterinarian

• Documentation must be provided to us for review

• We reserve the right to request a second opinion from another licensed veterinarian

If a qualifying genetic condition is confirmed, we will offer:

• A replacement puppy from a future litter
  OR

• A mutually agreed resolution

📋 Buyer Responsibilities

To keep this guarantee valid, the buyer agrees to:

• Have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup

• Provide proper nutrition, housing, and general care

• Keep vaccinations and routine veterinary care up to date

• Avoid neglect, abuse, or improper handling

Failure to meet these responsibilities may void the health guarantee.

❗ Non-Covered Conditions

This guarantee does not cover:

• Minor or non-life-threatening conditions

• Illnesses caused by environmental factors after the puppy leaves our care

• Injuries, accidents, or neglect

• Stress-related illnesses due to relocation

• Common, manageable conditions that do not affect quality of life

Our relationship does not end when you take your puppy home. We are always available to provide guidance, advice, and support throughout your dog’s life.
